Amendment to formally allow non-public school students to participate in sports at their locally zoned school.
Max Requirement: 1 subject taken at school
Due to the prevalence of such services performed, these are most often not available outside of public schools and most often not paid for by insurance. Students must have access to diagnostic services without burdensome regulations such as taking classes or testing.
When not available privately, non-public school students must have access to therapies only made available to public schools - Example: Group Speech Therapy with NO class requirements and no cost to parents.
Public schools must allow non-public school students to participate in standardized testing such as ACT, PSAT and other such testing without burdensome regulations such as taking classes or testing.
The Department of Education must educate schools including private public-school programs on the proper withdrawal process to a non-public school program, specifically: Homeschooling. There must be a document issued to clearly and concisely convey what is lawful and unlawful.
This is the form you will need as a homeschool parent when your child is ready to get their drivers license.
