Brief Desc:  The Make Homeschool Safe Act is a model legislation designed to protect homeschooled children's right to be safe, learn, and access resources. It aims to require annual registration of homeschool students, prescribe minimum qualifications for homeschool parents, mandate subjects taught and method of instruction, and require yearly evaluations of student performance by outsiders.
